I would like to thank this reviewer for complimenting my reputation as a very nice lady and also for confirming my thorough knowledge of many areas due to my nearly 25 years of real world real estate experience. In today’s real estate market, buyers purchase properties over many areas and thus every effective real estate agent working with buyers has to be very knowledgeable to expand their territories. In my consultations with inquiring buyers, I always strive to provide my sincerest professional and ample advice to help them understand the real estate market to allow them to make the best decision. The fact is some people may, due to their underwhelming knowledge, subjectively misconstrue professional advice as “opinions”. Some people may not favor the truthful advice they are offered and while I respect the everyone’s right to their own opinion, I hope this reviewer will appreciate the advice of other real estate professionals who take the time to offer thorough and helpful advice.
